For business or leisure, our safe air taxi service will take you anywhere in Quebec on lakes and rivers that are difficult to access. Our base of operations is located in Clova, but we position ourselves anywhere in Quebec to pick you up or drop you off at the location of your choice.
Our air taxi service is ideal for:

We operate under Transport Canada Certificate #8718 and under license #962015 from the Canadian Transportation Agency. The maintenance of our aircraft has been entrusted for over 20 years to Aviation B.L. Inc., a renowned firm with all the qualities required to ensure you a maximum level of safety and comfort. Our experienced pilots have the most advanced safety training in Canada and will make your experience on the wings of Air Tamarac as enjoyable as possible.
Air taxi fleet
Our commercial air service has four seaplanes: three De Havilland Beaver DHC-2s registered C-FMMO, C-FMPT and C-GQXH and one Cessna 180 registered C-FJNA.
The Beaver remains the finest bush plane ever built to this day. Built and designed in Canada, it has the distinction of being ranked among the top 10 engineering achievements in our country’s history. It can comfortably carry up to 7 passengers, but is most commonly used for groups of 4 who bring their gear with them for a week. It can carry up to 1,200 lbs. over distances of over 400 miles. Our Beavers have the usual Kenmore modifications for comfort and performance, including curved windows for more space, but above all are the only ones in Quebec operated commercially that have the new rear door handles repositioned for easier evacuation and ejectable windows in the event of an emergency landing.
The Cessna 180 is the fastest of our aircraft and is ideal for light work. We also use it for groups of 2 people, although it can often be used by groups of 3 passengers who have little luggage. With its modified wings and its elongated fuselage, it can easily carry up to 600 lbs.
