Three outfitters in one, accessible by seaplane
Air Tamarac offers 24 comfortable and fully equipped cabins on one of its three outfits, either Lake Hébert Outfitter (including Lake Charlotte) located in the Eeyou Istchee Baie-James territory, Lake Sauterelle Outfitter in Haute-Mauricie, or Gouin Reservoir (including Lake Angèle).

A brief history. The Blanchard family welcomes you
Founded in 1968 by Mr. Jacques R. Bérubé in Clova, Air Tamarac was acquired by Éliane Bédard and Jean Blanchard in 1994. Over the years, Éliane and Jean have expanded the seaplane fleet and doubled the number of cabins, especially in 2017 with the acquisition of Air Melançon and its Ste-Anne-du-Lac seaplane base and Lake Sauterelle outfitter, which was a very positive move for Air Tamarac.
In 2024, after 30 years at the helm, Éliane and Jean welcomed new shareholders with the arrival of Charlotte Morrissette, Louis Blanchard, and Robin Blanchard as new co-owners of the AIR TAMARAC group companies of outfitters and air taxi services. It is therefore with renewed enthusiasm that we look forward to the future. This new energy will ensure that our family business remains the undisputed leader in hunting and fishing by seaplane in Quebec.
